A Chocolate Apple Betty is an amazing traditional pudding where softened apples are covered with breadcrumbs and chocolate pieces then drizzled with golden syrup. Usually served with cream. This is a Brandy Alexander refashioned as an homage to that pudding.
25ml double cream
15ml creme de cacao
10ml Velvet Falernum
Shake hard and double strain. Garnish with an apple slice that has been part dusted in chocolate powder.
