I created this cocktail for use at Blackberry Farm, a Relais & Chateaux resort located in Walland, TN. Every Christmas I used to get a chocolate orange candy in my stocking. Now I can have one anytime of the year!
1/2 oz Kahlua
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch Whisky
1/2 oz Heavy Cream
Fresh Orange Zest
In a mixing tin with ice, add everything except the chocolate shavings and orange zest. Shake until cold and then pour into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with chocolate shavings and fresh orange zest.
