Refreshing take on the neoclassic Gin basil Smash
Pour simple sirup in a shaker, add the basil, gently muddle the basil. Add gin, aperol, lemon juice and fill shaker With ice. Shake for 15 seconds and doublestrain in a wine goblet. Add the tonic water and garnish with a basil leaf and a raspberry.
