About this Cocktail

I created this cocktail for the simplon bar. As a monthly cocktail for march.
Its a twist to the horses neck. Sweet-light-fruity

Ingredients:
  • 40ml Four Roses Bourbon
  • 10ml St.Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 10ml Violet Liqueur
  • 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1dash Orange Bitters (Angostura)
  • Top with Ginger Ale (Schweppes)
Preparation:

Add all ingredients (except the ginger ale) in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glas.
Top off with Ginger Ale.
Garnish with an Orange Swirl.
