About this Cocktail

A Don Lee infusion cocktail from the winter of 2007 at PDT

Ingredients:
  • 4.5 oz Coca-Cola Classic
  • 2 oz Popcorn Infused Flor de Caña Silver Dry Rum
Preparation:

Build in Collins Glass with Ice

Buttered Popcorn Infused Rum

1-750ml bottle Flor de Caña Silver Dry Rum
1 oz fresh popcorn
1 oz clarified butter

Infuse rum with popcorn for 1 hour. Strain through chinois to remove solids. Add clarified butter to the rum cover an infuse at room temp for 24 hrs. Freeze for 4 hours to solidify the butter. Fine strain and rebottle
