Take a high-rye Frontier Whiskey from Bulleit, add a dash of cinnamon syrup and you get something that resembles the mixture of smoking gun firing through cinnamon bark.
3/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
2 oz Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey
1 oz Soda Water
Add your 3/4 Cinnamon Syrup with your 2 oz of Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey into a shaking glass. Shake and single strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and serve with a single star anise pod and a dash of soda water.
