About this Cocktail

Picked up a bottle of Rothman and Winter Orchard Apricot and wanted to make something with it. Paul Clarke article about apricot liqueurs pointed me this way.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Aria Gin
  • 1.5 oz Dolin Blanc Dry Vermouth
  • .75 oz Rothman and Winter Orchard Apricot
  • .75 oz Cointreau
Preparation:

Stir with ice
Strain into chilled coupe
I added an orange peel
