Classic Pisco Sour

About this Cocktail

I didn't change anything from the recipe because it's a classic and one of my favorite drinks.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Cesar Pisco
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • Angostura bitters
  • 1 tbsp egg whites
Preparation:

Pour ingredients into shaker and dry shake. Then add ice and pour into a coupe glass. Finish with a few spots of Angostura bitters for looks and then use a toothpick to connect the dots to make the design.

    No egg whites?

Forgot to add that one while listing them. Thanks!

Yeah, between the word "classic" and the look of the drink in the picture I figured it had to have the egg, so I didn't feel bad about asking.

It's the most important ingredient to the drink! Love the mouth feel of egg whites. Never under estimate the power of a Pisco sour! I was buzzed off one drink which is most likely the reason I forgot it, lol.
