Final drink of the night at the Good Spirits co Cocktail Club in April was Eastman’s challenge to make a delicious cocktail with an ingredient he doesn’t like (sweetdram whisky Amaro) and he came up with this Last Word variation of sorts. It was enjoyed by everyone but it had some stiff competition on this occasion.
25ml Sweetdram Whisky Amaro
25ml Elements of Islay Peat
25ml Taylor’s Velvet Falernum
25ml lime juice
Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
