Classic recipe from punchdrink.com. I use Small Hands Raspberry Syrup instead of fresh raspberries. I think I'd up gin to 2 oz next time.
1.5 oz Gin (Plymouth)
.5 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Small Hands Raspberry Syrup
.25 oz egg white
Dry shake ingredients for 10-12 seconds
Add ice and shake for 10-12 seconds
Double strain into chilled coupe
