Got some Ancho Reyes today. Searching for a cocktail I found this by M Carrie Allan at the Washington Post. Chocolate and mezcal and chili. What could be better.
1.5 oz Mezcal
.75 oz Creme de Cacao
.75 oz Ancho Reyes
3 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Stir and strain into chilled coupe
Garnish with orange peel
