About this Cocktail

A cocktail hailing from Barbados with a history as murky as the Blackstrap Rum used in it. Popularized by Murray Stenson of the Zig Zag Cafe in Seattle

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Blackstrap Rum
  • 1/2 oz John D Taylor's Velvet Falernum
  • 1/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: Lime Wedge
Preparation:

Build in an old fashioned glass, stir & garnish
