About this Cocktail

I made this for two regulars at Loyal Nine brunch on Easter. I opted against putting it on the Easter drink menu for fear of (1) it being too busy (2) the risk of offending someone.

  • 1 oz Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Lillet Blanc (or Cocchi Americano)
  • 1/2 oz Creole Shrubb (or other orange liqueur)
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 heavy dash Absinthe (~20 drops)
  • 1 1/2 oz Heavy Cream
  • 1 Egg White

Shake once without ice and once with, strain into a Collins glass with 2 oz soda water, add a straw, and garnish with an orange twist.
