About this Cocktail

Just a little after work, 4am sipper I put together. Nice balance between bright and earthy. Perfect segue after the IPA I'd just set down.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Rittenhouse bonded rye
  • .75 oz Aperol
  • .5 oz Benedictine
  • .5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Splash honey syrup
  • 4 drops Bittercube Door Country Hop Bitters
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in Boston Shaker, fill with ice, and shake it hard, shake it loud. Double strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with expressed lemon peel. Call your mother. She misses you.
