3/4 oz spiced rum (Sailor Jerry's)
3/4 oz white rum (Clement Martinique)
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz fresh orange juice
1/2 oz Orgeat
Dash of Angostura
Half of a juiced lime shell
Chartreuse (though I used Absinthe)
Mix all but Chartreuse in a shaker with ice. Pour into a chilled rocks glass full of cracked ice. Place lime shell on top of ice. Fill with chartreuse (or absinthe). Light, and serve. Encourage the person drinking the cocktail to pour the garnish out and douse the flame. Enjoy.
