Made for Fat Tuesday. It's wild and spicy
2 oz. Aged White Rum
1/2 oz. Creole Syrup
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Combine and shake over ice until cold, double strain into rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish optional, but I used a mini blini with strawberry compote
