I created this herbal drink today while experimenting. It reminded me of an herbal tea both in taste and color.
1 oz fernet Branca
.5 oz green chartreuse
.75 oz gran marnier
3 dashes Regan's orange bitters
3 dashes Bitterman's Boston Bittahs
8 mint leaves
.5 oz simple
Muddle mint leaves and simple in an old fashioned glass then fill with ice. In a mixing glass combine fernet, chartreuse, and gran marnier and stir with ice and strain into glass. Top with soda and bitters. Squeeze and drop a lemon wedge and garnish with a mint sprig.
