About this Cocktail
This is an original I came up with as a feature drink at my bar, to pair with a Spanish plate my Chef ran.
1.5 Hornitos Resposado
1-2 Fresh pressed English cucumber juice
.5 Fresh pressed lime juice
.5 Fresh pressed orange juice
Diablo Salted rim
1 English cucumber spear
2 Cream cheese and crab stuffed black olives
To make the diablo salt, on a baking sheet spread a layer of diablo salsa, or any hot sauce, and cover with kosher salt. Bake or let dry, then crush back to original state.
To make the olives. I used claw meat, but have used imitation crab before. In mixing bowl, use desire amount per the amount you plan on making. Mix well, stuff olives.
Mix Liquors and fresh juices in tin, shake and strain into diablo salt rimmed margarita glass, garnish and serve.
