How about a real spring tonic? Ahh cool, calm digestion of the day. And tomorrow I'll take the heat better.
1.5 oz Topo gin
1.5 oz tonic syrup
3 oz moscato/ soda water( proportion to your sweet/ dry preference)
1/3 oz Crude cucumber shrub
1/3 oz lime juice
1 pinch sea salt
Stir with ice in a cocktail tin until salt dissolves. Strain into your chosen glass. Put Gatorade out of business, maybe.
