About this Cocktail

Hot day at work. Heart races. Sports drink inferior to pickle juice. Mind wanders. Tacos and margarita for supper. Belly rumbles.
How about a real spring tonic? Ahh cool, calm digestion of the day. And tomorrow I'll take the heat better.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Topo gin
  • 1.5 oz tonic syrup
  • 3 oz moscato/ soda water( proportion to your sweet/ dry preference)
  • 1/3 oz Crude cucumber shrub
  • 1/3 oz lime juice
  • 1 pinch sea salt
Preparation:

Stir with ice in a cocktail tin until salt dissolves. Strain into your chosen glass. Put Gatorade out of business, maybe.
