This PostModern take on the Clover Club has been updated with a splash of aloe and a little ginger syrup ~ got us feeling like springtime
shake all ingredients with ice for 30 seconds ~ remove ice and dry shake for 30 seconds ~ strain & serve up in a cocktail coupe ~ garnish w/ dried rose petals
Raspberry syrup
* 1 cup water
* 1 cup sugar
* 0.5 cup raspberry
~combine all ingredients in non-reactive pot and cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved & raspberries break up ~ cool & strain
Ginger syrup
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 cup water
* 50 grams ginger root, fresh grated
~combine all ingredients in non-reactive pot and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes ~ cool & strain
