About this Cocktail

From PDT - attributed to Julie Reiner, 2007.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Pisco
  • 0.75 oz Aperol
  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 Grapefruit Juice
Preparation:

Combine, add ice, shake and strain over crushed ice into a Kirschwasser rinsed glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
