About this Cocktail
This is probably my favorite cocktail on easy Sunday mornings.
2 oz Kirk and Sweeny rum 12 year
1 oz portside spiced rum
1 oz lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
Burnt lime wheel
Add ingredients into shaker. Shake with ice. Remove ice and then shake again to create a stronger foam. Serve in a coupe glass and garnish with a burnt lime wheel. Enjoy!
