About this Cocktail
A bitter take on the classic Strawberry Daiquiri. Original cocktail by Mike Di Tota
2oz Cruzan Light Aged Rum
1/2oz Pierre Ferrand Orange CuraÃ§ao
1/2oz Strawberry Gastrique
1/2oz Lime Juice
2 dashes House Lemon Verbena Bitters
Garnish- Strawberry Slice
Add all ingredients to shaker tin. Shake. Double strain into chilled Coupe. Garnish with Strawberry Slice.
3 cups Granulated Sugar
2 cups Fresh Strawberry Juice
1 1/4 cups White Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
2 pinches of Sea Salt
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Let cool to room temperature. Store for up to 1 month.
