Subtle update to this Cuban classic via Charles H. Baker 📸 credit @DLReamer on IG

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz light rum
  • .75 oz fresh lime juice
  • .25 oz yellow chartreuse
  • .25 oz triple sec
  • 1 tsp 2:1 simple syrup
  • 1 oz cava or dry sparkling wine of choice
Preparation:

Shake and double strain all ingredients except wine into a chilled coupe. Top 1 oz sparkling wine. No garnish.
