A homemade version of a masterpiece at Chicago's Longman & Eagle (kudos to their genius). We're still working on the proper proportions on this one...
1/2 oz Aperol
1 oz Cocchi Americano
1.5 oz Grapefruit juice
Habanero Shrub (Bittermens Hellfire)
Build in a goblet or otherwise rounded glass with ice. First the Aperol, Cocchi, and grapefruit juice. Then fill glass with Stiegl Radler (.5 to .75 of a bottle). Float with Mezcal and Shrub. Damn delicious.
