About this Cocktail

From the Savoy Cocktail Book. Darb is an Americanism probably nearly obsolete today, a slang word from the 1920s meaning ‘something or someone very handsome, valuable, attractive, or otherwise excellent.’”

Ingredients:
  • .75 oz dry gin ( Beefeater)
  • .75oz French Vermouth/dry (Noilly Prat)
  • .75 oz Apricot Brandy( Rothman Winter)
  • 4 dashes of fresh lemon juice
Preparation:

Add ingredients and shake, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with lemon peel.
