About this Cocktail

Found this at cocktailvirgin via Imbibe. Always enjoy finding more cocktails using Fernet.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Rittenhouse Rye
  • .5 oz Fernet Branca
  • .5 oz Aperol
  • .5 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Rhubarb (or Peychauds) Bitters
Preparation:

Stir and strain into chilled coupe

    I enjoyed this but my friend wasn't convinced. I floated a few extra drops of rhubarb bitters and he said it was perfect. Thanks

    Very nice, thanks for sharing. I might try my second with scrappy's lavender bitters, and see how that turns out...
