About this Cocktail
When you are in Kentucky, even a classic like the Bloody Mary can be improved with a simple substitution. This recipe comes from Joy Perrine of Eqqus and Jack's Lounge in Louisville.
2 oz. Willett Pot Still Reserve
1 tspn. salt, pepper & paprika mix
2 large lemon wedges
1 tbspn. Bourbon Barrel Aged
6 oz. tomato juice
Celery stalk for garnish
Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake.
Pour into a pint glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon wedge and celery stalk.
