About this Cocktail
This is one by Mal Spence at the Kelvingrove cafe in the west end of Glasgow. An excellent use of shrub instead of citrus.
1oz Black bottle blended scotch
1oz Kingston black apple aperitif
1/2 oz pear shrub
1-2 dashes Dr Adam Elmegirabs teapot bitters
Add all ingredients to mixing glass and stir with plenty of ice. Strain into rocks glass over a large cube of fresh ice and garnish with a slice of dried apple.
