About this Cocktail

An Absinthe Suissesse Latte of sorts.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Toulouse Red Absinthe
  • 1 oz. brewed coffee
  • 1/2 oz. Orgeat syrup
  • 1/2 oz. half and half
Preparation:

Shake. Strain over crushed ice.

I recommend allowing coffee to cool to near room temperature before beginning.
