About this Cocktail
A minor modification to a recipe from Barnotes user DL.
Juice of one blood orange
1 barspoon of Pear liqueur (Mathilde or Drillaud)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ginger beer, spicy (We used Blenheim)
Mint sprig for garnish
Shake all but ginger beer and mint in a cocktail shaker. Pour into iced double old fashioned glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a mint sprig.
