About this Cocktail

A minor modification to a recipe from Barnotes user DL.

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Bourbon
  • Juice of one blood orange
  • 1 barspoon of Pear liqueur (Mathilde or Drillaud)
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Ginger beer, spicy (We used Blenheim)
  • Mint sprig for garnish
Preparation:

Shake all but ginger beer and mint in a cocktail shaker. Pour into iced double old fashioned glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a mint sprig.
