Found this while perusing cocktaildb for creme de cacao recipes. I wanted something to go with the fancy cookies I got for my wife. It's not cloyingly sweet but I'd definitely cut back the cacao next time. A some interesting flavors. Would like to try it with carpano.
3/4 oz gin
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
3/4 oz creme de cacao
1 egg white
Dry shake to emulsify. Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
