One of my favourite classics and I love to drink it in a mason jar. Easy to make, totally delicious and super powerful! If you were to use an extra spicy Rye, well, it would probably knock you right out.

3/4 oz Applejack
3/4 oz Chartreuse Vert
Build in glass and stir. Add cherry. Spicy spice spice.
