About this Cocktail
Found in Gaz Regan's Annual Manual for Bartenders 2011. I haven't tried this guy yet, but it looks and sounds great.
1 oz mezcal
3/4 oz Aperol
1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
3/4 oz lime juice
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit.
