It's that Punch Time of year! Woo! I've been drinking Punch every day since December started and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

This recipe is from a post I did on Punch for Two: Brugal Extra Dry Rum, so keep in mind that these ratios are meant to serve two people. It's my variation on a Planter's Punch with some tasty Mandarin Orange slices as garnish.

Ingredients:
  • 1 3/4 oz Brugal Extra Dry Rum
  • 1/4 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
  • 1/2 oz Grenadine
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Carbonated Lemon-aid or Lemon soda
  • Mandarin Orange Slice
Preparation:

In tin, combine ingredients over ice and *shake. Strain into punch cups and top with Carbonated Lemon-aid/Lemon Soda. Mandarin Orange Slice garnish.

*I know you're supposed to stir Punch but since this is just for two, the punch won't be sitting in a bowl with ice. Shaking will give the right amount of dilution.
