About this Cocktail

1.5 oz Duquesne Rhum Agricole (80*)
.5 oz Luxardo Maraschino
.5 oz Demerara Syrup
.75 oz Lime juice
4 dashes Absinthe
Combine all - except Peychaud's and mint - in Collins glass. Add crushed ice. Swizzle. Top with 3 dashes of Peychaud's and mint.
Note: I've enjoyed a few of these at Beretta over the years, so I recreated it from memory. If anyone has Beretta's actual house recipe, please share in the comments.
