About this Cocktail

A contemporary classic from Beretta (SF). Inspired the Beretta cocktail at the Whistler. Read more at: http://whistlerchicago.tumblr.com/post/31804393260

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Duquesne Rhum Agricole (80*)
  • .5 oz Luxardo Maraschino
  • .5 oz Demerara Syrup
  • .75 oz Lime juice
  • 4 dashes Absinthe
  • Peychaud's Bitters
  • Mint
Preparation:

Combine all - except Peychaud's and mint - in Collins glass. Add crushed ice. Swizzle. Top with 3 dashes of Peychaud's and mint.

Note: I've enjoyed a few of these at Beretta over the years, so I recreated it from memory. If anyone has Beretta's actual house recipe, please share in the comments.
