I have a really nice new vermouth from La Quintinye which has a lot of flavour and prompted me to make a rich and flavoursome gin martini.

Ingredients:
  • 50ml gin (Bombay London Dry)
  • 15ml dry vermouth (La Quintinye Royal)
  • 15ml Yellow Chartreuse
Preparation:

Stir and strain. Express lemon over. Discard, drop or drape as is your fancy.
