About this Cocktail
A play on a "Remember the Maine". This recipe replaces the cherry heering with Luxardo and the Ango with Peychaud's.
2 oz - Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz - Carpano Antica
1/2 oz - Luxardo
2 Dashes - Peychaud's Bitters
Wash a chilled glass with Absinthe, shake out excess. Stir remaining ingredients with ice. Strain into absinthe coated glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
