Down the Rabbit Hole by Nandini Khaund on the craft cocktail app. My first laphroaig cocktail and a damn fine drink.
1 1/2 oz anejo rum
1/2 oz cuarenta y tres
1/4 oz laphroaig 10 year old
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
2 large blackberries (or 3 small)
Muddle blackberries in shaker. Add all other ingredients and fill with cracked ice. Shake well and fine strain into chilled glass.
