About this Cocktail

Unconventional highball using one of my favorite liqueurs, Ströh Jagertee. Created at Loa Bar, New Orleans.

Ingredients:
  • 2.0 oz Ströh Jagertee
  • 5 dashes Acid Angostura Bitters
  • 4-5 ounces Fentiman's Ginger Beer
Preparation:

Build all ingredients over ice in a highball, garnishing with a cucumber fan and mint sprig.

To prepare acidified Angostura Bitters, use 1 tsp of citric/malic/tartaric acid blend and 1/8 tsp salt per ounce of bitters. See chemicallyassisted.com for more information.
