Created at Loa Bar, New Orleans. Modification of the Monkey Gland.
2.0 oz London Dry Gin
1.0 oz Orange Juice
1 barspoon Grenadine
2 dashes Acid Angosinthe
Prepare Acid Angosinthe by mixing two parts Angostura Bitters with one part Kübler Absinthe, acidified with 1 teaspoon of tartaric acid per ounce of mix.
Combine all ingredients in mixing tin, shake and double strain into a coupe.
