Dragon's Heaven: Another exquisite cocktail brought to you by BTG Bartending that includes exotic dragon fruit, lychee, mango, Malibu Rum, and St. Geraine elderflower liqueur.
I was at an Asian supermarket and picked up this gorgeous fruit called "dragon fruit" (garnish on the left) that had vibrant colors of green, pink, red, and white. On a whim, I picked it up and decided to create a cocktail with it-the rest is delicious history!
Muddle fruit at the bottom of the glass
(1 lychee berry, 1 slice of mango, 1 slice of dragon fruit (the equivalent of 1 slice cut into cubes).
Fill glass with ice
Pour in 1.5 oz. of Malibu coconut rum
0.5 oz. of St. Germaine
2 oz. of pineapple juice
Stir contents around an upwards with a bar spoon
Garnish with fruit with your artistic discretion (essentially with the other fruit left-over that was not muddled).
