I'm not runnin' a restaurant here, so there's no pressing need to come up with a good name. I made basically this drink earlier with vodka, and used hopped bitters in that. It was delicious and since A. I prefer gin, and B. The Commonwealth gin has hops in its botanicals, this seemed obvious. If I did it again I might add a tiny bit of sweetener (I default to Rich Honey Syrup) and try it without bitters . . . Damned refreshing though.
60ml James River Distillery Commonwealth Gin
20ml St. Elder
20ml Lime juice
Dash Regan's Orange Bitters
Mix in ice filled shaker/glass
Strain into chilled short glass with big cube
Top with soda
