Turns out peaches and bourbon. Who'd have thought?
11/2 oz Bourbon, like Evan Wms
3/4 oz Creme de Peche
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Pour it all in a shaker, add four or five ice cubes. Shake it and dump unstrained into double rocks glass. Garnish with some lemon peel if you want.
