About this Cocktail
This months cocktail club at the Good Spirits Co. in Glasgow had a theme of autumnal vermouth cocktails all created by Khi Leonard.
25ml Palmetto Apple Pie Moonshine
15ml Bernheim Wheat Whisky
20ml Cocchi Vermouth Amaro
10ml fresh lime juice
Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker and shake until very cold. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with an apple slice.
