About this Cocktail

This months cocktail club at the Good Spirits Co. in Glasgow had a theme of autumnal vermouth cocktails all created by Khi Leonard.

Ingredients:
  • 25ml Palmetto Apple Pie Moonshine
  • 15ml Bernheim Wheat Whisky
  • 20ml Cocchi Vermouth Amaro
  • 10ml fresh lime juice
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker and shake until very cold. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with an apple slice.
