About this Cocktail

Trying to use up bottle of Dolin dry vermouth. Used Jamie Boudreau ratio of 1 1/2 to 3/4 to 1/4.
I love my buffalo trace so mixed this up and turned out pretty good.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz buffalo trace bourbon
  • 0.75 oz Dolin dry vermouth
  • 0.25 oz contratto aperitif
  • 2 dashes of regans Orange bitters
Preparation:

Measure all ingredients and pour into mixing glass. Full with ice and stir with barspoon for 30-40 seconds . Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve up with an optional lemon twist.
