About this Cocktail

Named (and spelt) by one of my bartenders... After herself apparently! Created by myself. Measurements may not be completely correct. Emerald green hue, tart and refreshing. Good to get the Midori out again!

Ingredients:
  • Chunk of cucumber
  • 5-6 Basil leaves
  • 60ml good white Rum
  • 20ml Midori melon liqueur
  • 12.5 grapefruit juice
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 12.5 sugar syrup
Preparation:

Muddle cucumber and basil with sugar syrup. Add all other ingredients and shake.
Fine strain over ice in a highball,garnish with a basil sprig
