About this Cocktail

An original cocktail by Eric Seed, I found this recipe on Oh Gosh, then tweaked it slightly (added egg and substituted fennel seeds for mole bitters).

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Batavia arrack
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz crème de cacao
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes mole bitters
  • 1 egg, the whites of
Preparation:

Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
