About this Cocktail

It's a parent thing.

  • 3/4 oz El Dorado 12-year Demerara rum
  • 3/4 oz gin
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 3/4 oz hibiscus syrup

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an edible flower, if available.

    This is a really weird (in a good way) pairing of gin and rum. I don't quite understand it, but somehow this really works for me. What kind of gin did you reach for on this one, just out of curiosity? Thanks for sharing.
