About this Cocktail
Tiki twist on a classic.
1 1/2oz. Cognac
1 1/2oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2oz. Triple Sec (Cointreau used here)
Fill highball glass with crushed ice. Add first three ingredients and swizzle or stir. Top with angostura bitters and garnish cinnamon stick and mint. Cheers!
