Tiki twist on a classic.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2oz. Cognac
  • 1 1/2oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2oz. Triple Sec (Cointreau used here)
  • Angostura
Preparation:

Fill highball glass with crushed ice. Add first three ingredients and swizzle or stir. Top with angostura bitters and garnish cinnamon stick and mint. Cheers!
